Solar electric power at UNIPET
GPR Universe is always thinking about the environment. Our latest project is "Solar Power". We adopted the latest technology and supply our own electricity from the solar power system. Excess electricity generated by the system will be distributed to nearby areas with no waste.
Our first solar power station opened in Matsuyama Minami in January 2010. We have developed more solar stations since.
We now have 65 stations, the each sized between 10Kw to 50Kw. Total solar power is 2.5Mw right now. Our goal is 33Mw in total. (As "33" is our lucky number.)
